Encrypted Storage

All account data — including your UPI reference, contact number and email — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Only authorised systems can decrypt a record, and access is logged with a timestamp for every query.

Cookie Controls

We use three categories of cookies: strictly necessary, preference and analytics. You can withdraw consent for preference and analytics cookies at any time through the cookie settings panel in your account without affecting core account functions.

Account Security Layers

Login sessions are bound to your device fingerprint and IP range. Any new device login triggers an OTP to your registered mobile number before access is granted, so unrecognised devices cannot enter your account silently.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are kept for seven years to meet statutory requirements. Profile data such as name and contact details is deleted within 30 days of a verified account closure request, unless a regulatory hold applies.

Third-Party Access Limits

We share data with payment processors — such as the UPI network or Paytm gateway — only to the extent needed to complete a transaction. No behavioural or browsing data is passed to external advertising networks.

Data Correction and Deletion

Submit a correction or deletion request through the in-account form or live chat. We verify your identity, make the change within seven business days and send written confirmation to your registered email address.

We collect your name, email address, registered mobile number, and the payment identifiers you use — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. Device and session data is also recorded to secure your login.
